These terms and conditions apply directly to all of our services available online, by email, or by phone. By accessing, searching, and using our website and/or making a reservation, you confirm and agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions specified below. These pages, content, and infrastructure of these pages, and through this website are owned, operated, and provided by Norma Bran and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Service Purpose
Through this website, we, Norma Bran, offer an online platform through which visitors to the website can make reservations at our locations in Brasov, Bran. By booking a room through https://norma-bran.ro, you enter into a contractual relationship (which is legally binding) with Norma Bran. From the moment you make the reservation, your reservation details will be transmitted to the hotel reception by sending you a confirmation email.
Our services are available exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell, use, copy, display, save, or reproduce any content or information, software, products, or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
All prices on the website https://norma-bran.ro are displayed in Lei. Sometimes lower prices are available on our website for a specific hotel stay, but these prices may have restrictions and special conditions, such as cancellation and refund policies. Please check the offer and price details carefully for any such conditions before making a reservation.
Confidentiality
Norma Bran respects your privacy. Except as required by law to disclose in any relevant jurisdiction and except for the transmission to the hotel of your name, email address, and reservation details, as well as to the payment processor for payment by card, we will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent.
Cancellation
By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the cancellation/no-show policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to the reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel. Please check the room details carefully for any such conditions before making a reservation. Please note that you may be charged in case of cancellation/no-show in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you carefully read the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy.
User Notifications
As a user, you understand and agree to the following responsibilities:
- to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself
- to maintain and update, when necessary, the registration information to be true, accurate, and done.
By accessing the reservation form by which you submit your personal information to make a reservation, you declare that you agree to the following: that the personal data requested will be collected, stored, and processed by Norma Bran; that personal data will be used for the performance of the contract and for a period determined by the requirements of applicable laws, as well as for further contact purposes.
Hotel Policy:
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out should be done by 12:00 PM.
If you request an early check-in before this time, an additional fee of 10% of the room rate will be charged every two hours. The request is subject to room availability at that time.
If you request a late check-out after this time, an additional fee of 10% of the room rate will be charged every two hours. The request is subject to room availability at that time.
Free! All children up to 2 years old stay free of charge when using cots.
Accepted payment methods
Credit cards are accepted, as well as cash and bank transfer.
Accepted credit cards: Mastercard, Visa card, Maestro.
We do not accept holiday vouchers from EDENRED and SODEXO companies.
Booking conditions
Accommodation reservations can be made in writing, by phone, by completing the online booking form – Word Press on the website, or by email.
The reservation order will be confirmed/rejected by the hotel in writing or by phone within 24 hours.
The subsequent supplementation of the ordered hotel services will be subject to a new reservation order.
Advance payment is required to confirm the reservation for telephone or email reservations. In this regard, your personal information will be requested for invoice issuance.
Reservation change/cancellation conditions
All changes and cancellations will be made in writing or by phone, mentioning the date and name of the client on whose name the reservation was made. If the reservation is canceled or modified up to 7 days before the arrival date, only the deposit will be charged. If the reservation is canceled or modified later or in case of a no-show, 100% of the first non-refundable night’s stay will be charged.
Damages
The client is financially responsible for any damages (accidentally or intentionally) caused to the main building of the hotel (as well as its annexes), interior furniture, and hotel equipment.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in rooms or public spaces; designated smoking areas are available. The applicable fee for not respecting this regulation is 1000 lei for each violation.
Safety
The hotel is equipped with video surveillance systems.
Parking space and vehicles
Free parking is possible on the property, subject to availability. Reservations are not accepted for parking. Although we take all precautions, we do not assume responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles parked on our property.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Changes to hotel policy
The hotel policy may be changed without prior notification.
Final clauses
We consider that any client accessing any service offered by the hotel complex (hotel, restaurant, bar, conference room, clinic, and Spa center) has been made aware of the above-mentioned terms and conditions and has implicitly accepted them.
