We, Organic Life Production S.R.L., located at 6 Nerva Traian Street, Bl. M35, Sc.3, Ap.64, are extremely concerned with ensuring the confidentiality and full protection of your personal data, in accordance with the norms, principles, and regulations in force in the European Union in this area, including Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more specific elements that are characteristic of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

This Policy concerns the personal data of our clients, business partners, other persons who come into contact with us or visit our center, employees or persons in the process of employment, collaborators, etc., and applies to personal data collected through email, directly at reception, various forms, CVs, video recordings, websites, social media. For the purpose of carrying out our activities, Norma Bran may collect, process, and store certain personal data that is legally required, necessary for the conclusion of a contract, or based on legitimate interests. This data may include, but is not limited to: name, surname, nationality, address, phone number, email address, moving images, etc.

We have the obligation to safely manage and use only for the specified purposes the personal data that you provide us about yourself.

1.1. TO OFFER YOU OUR SERVICES

We request your data in order to offer you our services:

  • to reserve rooms and other services in our hotel for you;
  • to accommodate you in our hotel; personal data processing is carried out in this case based on a legal obligation;

It is important for us to be able to communicate with you for various purposes, such as finding out your opinions about our services, solving various issues you may have, or offering you personalized services, provided in a timely manner, in electronic format.

In certain situations, we may request some personal data from you based on a legal obligation imposed by the applicable legislation.

1.4. SENDING INFORMATION (NEWSLETTER)

We request your data to send you commercial information/newsletter in electronic format. For this purpose, we ask for your express consent/agreement and your email address; our legitimate interest is the basis for processing.

The categories of data processed in the context of our relationship with you are your name, phone number, address/domicile, email address (optional), as well as other personal data that you may provide us directly.

In order to be able to communicate with you in a timely manner, we may request your phone number and email address.

We use your personal data to maintain direct contact and to maintain the contractual relationship with you. We collect this data based on the conclusion of commercial contracts.

We use your personal data to ensure the safety of our property and staff. In this case, we process the data based on Norma Bran’s legitimate interest, namely the protection of these spaces, assets, and personnel.

The categories of data processed in this context are your name and other personal data that you may provide us directly, at our request.

We use the personal data we collect from you when you visit our website for the purpose of monitoring traffic and improving the content of the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of our website and improving it in this data processing activity. The categories of data processed in this context are the time and date of accessing an internet site and the IP address from which the respective site was accessed.

The grounds for processing personal data may be a legal obligation (where Norma Bran is legally obliged to disclose certain personal data to public authorities), the performance of a contract concluded by Norma Bran in the context of a particular transaction, or Norma Bran’s legitimate interest in carrying out a transaction in the most efficient way.

The online booking service is provided through our own website; when accessing this service, the terms and conditions that apply are those mentioned on that website.

  1. PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA

When personal data is requested directly from you, Norma Bran requests that you provide all categories of data that we request for the purposes mentioned above, otherwise we will not be able to fulfill our specific activity.

If you provide Norma Bran with the personal data of other individuals, please communicate to them, before such data provision, the way in which Norma Bran intends to process their personal data, as described in this privacy policy.

  1. TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Although, as a general rule, we do not disclose your personal data to third parties, there is the possibility:

  • to disclose contact data to our marketing service providers (only with your consent);
  • to disclose contact data to our IT service providers for satisfaction surveys (only with your consent);
  • if there is a legal obligation to transmit relevant personal data to public authorities, in the context of providing the services requested by you;

We are happy to ensure the exercise of these rights unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
